Join us for ‘UNDERLANDS’, a poetic journey beneath the Earth's surface, exploring hidden worlds, deep time and our connection to the unseen. Also ‘The Rocks - Nature’s Sound’ an experimental short.
In collaboration with GeoMôn, this thought-provoking double screening explores what lies beneath the surface—both literally and metaphorically. Featuring UNDERLAND, a cinematic descent into the Earth's hidden realms, alongside a short film examining our sensory and emotional connections with nature, the evening invites audiences to discover unseen worlds and reconsider their relationship with the environment around them.

UNDERLAND
We know so little of the world beneath our feet. To most it is a place only of fear and darkness, though to a brave few it is one of knowledge and wonder to be found nowhere else. Based on the bestselling book by Robert Macfarlane, UNDERLAND is a cinematic documentary that voyages into worlds rarely glimpsed by human eyes.

About Adam Nelson
Originally from the East Sussex coast near Brighton, Nelson is an artist whose work explores memory, landscape, and our relationship with place. Through site-responsive and immersive practices, he investigates the hidden rhythms that connect people, nature, and environment. He is currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Fine Art at Bangor University, North Wales.
