Synopsis
In Kieslowski’s world, a life can hang by a brake fluid line. A bereaved woman fights her way from pain, through numbness, to complete her composer husband’s work. The first of a famous trilogy of films to celebrate the European Union, the others having been shown by the Society in 1994 and 2023. 98 minutes.
