Named after the bridge in Islamic eschatology, this poignant drama follows a family navigating the precarious "bridge" between their heritage and a modernizing world, as a father and son search for his daughter missing for 5 months after last seen at a dance festival in the Morroccan desert. Set against a backdrop of breathtaking landscapes and raves, the narrative weaves together personal sacrifice and spiritual searching. As tensions rise between tradition and progress, the characters must decide what to carry across and what to leave behind in their quest for a meaningful future
