Synopsis
Richard Linklater’s film restages the unconventional filming of Jean-Luc Godard’s influential feature debut Breathless, a stylish crime drama about a petty thief turned cop killer pursuing an American girl in 1960s Paris. The film seamlessly recreates one of cinema’s most ground breaking productions and at the same time pays tribute to its accomplishment with infectious admiration.
