We're a friendly film club in Crewkerne, Somerset, showing a range of quality films from around the world for all members of our community.
Our aim is to provide a pleasant environment for you to watch the best films from the UK and around the world. Films are shown at Wadham School, Mount Pleasant, Crewkerne TA18 7NT.
Shows take place on one Friday each month from September to May. Refreshments are served from 7.00pm, films start at 7.30pm.
The venue provides some excellent facilities:
- elevated seating which guarantees everyone a great view
- a 4.5m (14ft) wide screen that helps to bring the films to life
- clear sound which isn’t too loud – with headset assistance if needed
- accessibilty to all floor levels
- plenty of free parking
In addition we serve cake and hot drinks (but no buckets of popcorn!) before each show, the proceeds of which are given to charity.
We also have an extensive DVD library – free to members.
